What the brands require

Brand connectivity standards specify the speed available in each room, the coverage in public and meeting spaces, how guests log in and how loyalty members are recognized, the television lineup, and how guest data is protected. Standards change, and a network that passed three years ago may not pass today.

Designing to the standard

WiredStay engineers design every franchised property to the current standard of its brand, select equipment the brand accepts, and configure login, speed tiers, and television lineups to match. Independent properties receive the same design discipline without the paperwork.

Documentation and testing

We produce the design documents, speed test results, coverage maps, and configuration records a brand inspection asks for, and we test the property before the inspector arrives. When a standard changes, we tell you what it means for your property before the brand does.

PIPs and conversions

A property improvement plan or a brand conversion comes with a deadline. We plan the network work backward from the inspection date, coordinate with the other trades in the plan, and complete installation by floor so the hotel keeps selling rooms.
