Hotel Phone Systems
A phone system that knows which room is calling.
WiredStay provides cloud phone service for hospitality properties: front desk and administrative phones, guest room phones integrated with the property management system, and the emergency calling rules that apply to hotels, with the elevator, pool, and fire lines a building must keep working.
What a hotel phone system has to do
A hotel phone system is not an office phone system. It has to check a guest in and out, post calls to the folio, deliver wake-up calls, show the room number to the front desk, reach housekeeping and engineering on the floor, and dial emergency services directly from any room with a location that tells responders where to go.
Guest room and front desk service
WiredStay cloud phone service integrates with the property management system so room phones follow the reservation, calls post to the folio, and wake-up calls are set from the desk or the room. Front desk, sales, and administrative staff get modern phones with mobile apps, voicemail to email, and reporting.
Emergency calling compliance
Kari's Law requires direct 911 dialing from every phone without a prefix, with notification to staff. RAY BAUM's Act requires a dispatchable location, including floor and room, to be sent with the call. WiredStay configures both and documents the configuration for your records.
The lines the building cannot lose
Elevator phones, pool emergency phones, fire alarm communicators, and entry systems were built for copper lines that carriers are retiring. We replace them with monitored, code-aware connections and test them on a schedule.

Questions
Common questions
Does the system work with our property management system?
Yes. We integrate with the major hotel property management systems for check-in, checkout, folio posting, and wake-up calls.
What are Kari's Law and RAY BAUM's Act?
Federal rules for multi-line phone systems. Kari's Law requires direct 911 dialing and staff notification; RAY BAUM's Act requires a dispatchable location, such as floor and room, with the call. WiredStay configures both.
