Conference & Event Wi-Fi
Meeting space that sells itself on the network.
A conference client expects a private, high-capacity network with a name and password of their own, and your sales team expects to price it. WiredStay provides dedicated event bandwidth, per-event networks and codes, a scheduler for your conference services staff, and on-site engineers for the events that cannot fail.
Why event Wi-Fi is different
Five hundred attendees in one ballroom, all joining at 9 a.m., is nothing like five hundred guests spread across a tower. Access point density, channel planning, and bandwidth reservation all change. A network built only for guest rooms will fail the first large meeting, and the client will remember.
Dedicated networks and bandwidth
WiredStay reserves bandwidth for each event so a keynote stream is not competing with the lobby. Each event receives its own network name and access code, with a capacity and a time window set by your team. High-density access points in meeting space are engineered for the room at full occupancy.
Tools for your sales and conference services team
A scheduler lets conference services create an event network, set its bandwidth, print access cards, and attach the charge to the banquet event order, without calling anyone. Usage reports after the event show the client what they received.
Engineers in the room
For large conferences, product launches, and broadcasts, WiredStay provides on-site engineers who stage the network before the event, monitor it live, and respond in minutes. Wired drops for registration, production, and press are part of the plan.

Questions
Common questions
Can we charge for event Wi-Fi?
Yes. Event networks are created with a price and attached to the banquet event order, or offered as part of a package. The property controls the pricing.
How much bandwidth does a conference need?
It depends on attendance and the program. We size the dedicated circuit and the event reservation with your sales team during the assessment and adjust it for individual events.
