WiredStay delivers free-to-guest television over IP to every guest room and public area. Guests get the HD lineup, local channels, and premium options your brand standard calls for, and the property gets one network, no set-top boxes, and a lineup that changes from a dashboard.
Television has moved to the network
Coaxial distribution, set-top boxes, and remote controls that walk out the door have been the standard for decades. Internet-delivered television uses the same wired and wireless network that carries guest Wi-Fi, needs no box, and lets the property manage the lineup, the welcome screen, and the room information from one dashboard.
Lineups and licensing
WiredStay arranges the programming agreement for free-to-guest service, builds a lineup that satisfies your brand's channel requirements, and adds local channels, sports, and premium options as the property chooses. Public viewing licenses for bars, lobbies, and fitness centers are included in the design.
Interactive and branded
The guest sees a branded welcome screen with their name, the lineup, property information, dining menus, and messages from the front desk. Checkout, billing review, and service requests can be added. Content is updated by your staff from a dashboard.
Television sets and installation
We work with the televisions you have where they support IP delivery, and we supply and install commercial hospitality displays where they do not. Installation is scheduled by floor to keep rooms in service.
