Network Design & Installation
Designed from the drawings, installed around the guests.
Whether the property is a new build, a renovation, or a brand conversion with a deadline, WiredStay designs the physical network from the drawings, specifies the cabling and telecom rooms, coordinates with the general contractor, and installs by floor so rooms stay in service.
Design before hardware
The number of access points matters less than where they go. WiredStay surveys the property or models it from the drawings, accounts for the construction type, room layouts, and meeting space, and produces a design that specifies every cable, port, and device. For new construction, we join at schematic design so risers and telecom rooms are sized before the walls close.
Cabling and infrastructure
We install the fiber backbone, Category 6A horizontal cabling to rooms, access points, televisions, and phones, and the telecom rooms, racks, power, and cooling that support them. Every link is certified and labeled, and as-built documentation is delivered at turnover.
Occupied properties and brand deadlines
Renovations and property improvement plans happen with guests in the building. We schedule installation by floor, coordinate with housekeeping and the front desk, and finish rooms the same day they are started. Brand conversion deadlines are planned backward from the inspection date.
Working with your project team
WiredStay provides specifications for the low-voltage package, attends coordination meetings, and works alongside the general contractor, electrical contractor, and audiovisual integrator. One point of contact owns the network from design through the first guest.

Questions
Common questions
Can WiredStay install in a hotel that stays open?
Yes. Most of our installations are in operating hotels. We work by floor, coordinate with operations, and return rooms to service the same day.
When should WiredStay join a new construction project?
At schematic design. Riser space, telecom rooms, and conduit paths are inexpensive to adjust on drawings and costly to change after construction begins.
